The Hoover Invitational Marching
Festival is held the 3rd Saturday in October each year
at the Region's Park Stadium (formerly known as the
Hoover Metropolitan Stadium) in Hoover, Alabama.
Region's Park is the home of the
Birmingham Barons
Baseball team. This facility is converted to a football
stadium during football season. The stadium seats over
10,000 people, plus visitor bleachers during football
season.
Region's Park is an excellent
facility for hosting the Hoover Invitational. It has
plenty of parking, large restrooms, numerous concession
stands, ample warm up areas, easy field access for bands
and their equipment, and is easily accessible from major
interstates.
