Tues. Nov. 1  --  Full Marching Band Rehearsal, 3:40 PM - 5:40 PM.

Thur. Nov. 3 --  Full Marching Band Rehearsal, 3:40 PM - 5:40 PM.

Fri.    Nov. 4 --  HHS vs Austin or Hewitt-Trussville - 7:00 Kick off at HHS

 

5:25 Call time - Dress in Black Uniform

5:45 Buc Walk at sidewalk

6:40 PreGame

10:00 Pick up students

      

Attention Parents: the band room will not be open for after school supervision before the call time. Please make arrangements for your student and their meal.  The shuttle from Trace Crossings is available starting at 5:15 PM

 

Sat. Nov. 5 --  USSBA Southern States Championship, Finley Stadium, Chattanooga, TN

                      1:00 PM  Call Time - Report to Game field for Run-through 

                      2:00 PM  Dress in Black pants, BAND SHIRT, Black Shoes, socks and gloves.

                             Load Truck and charter luggage bays.

                      2:30 PM  Leave HHS, stop at Hampton Place Mall food court in Chattanooga -

                             Bring money

                      9:15 PM (EDT) Performance time

                    10:00 PM (EDT) Awards

                     1:15 AM (CDT) Anticipated arrival at HHS
