SHOW T-SHIRT and SWEATSHIRT ORDER FORMS DUE 8/19
 
The first attachment is for The 2011 Marching Show T-shirt Form.  The boosters will wear the grey version.
Your student will be given a white version as part of the band fee.  Students are required to wear this shirt under their uniform. 
You may purchase additional white student shirts with this order form.
 
 
The second attachment is to order Hoodie and Crewneck Sweatshirt Form. 
You will see our new Hoover Band logo for the first time! 
 
You may write one check for both orders.  Please include your phone number on the check.
